This service is available if you have experienced a fall that damaged your clothing and/or if your products are not covered by the 14-day return policy.
Horse Pilot offers a free repair service for garments damaged during a fall from a horse. Beyond supporting riders after a fall, we believe that if a second life can be given to a garment, that’s one less item ending up in the trash.
The following products are not eligible for this service:
Airbag vests (however, compatible garments from the related range are eligible), rain jackets with welded seams (e.g., Element, Integral, Rain Free, etc.), as well as all accessories.
Repair times may vary depending on our service workload or the type of repair required. Please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks between the time our team receives the product and its return shipment. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer, and your parcel must include the note “free repair service.”
We will return your repaired product free of charge via our standard shipping service. We are unable to cover any potential customs fees and kindly ask that products be returned to us clean.
