HOW TO REMOVE ODORS FROM YOUR RIDING CLOTHES?

- Technique 1: Apply Marseille soap and rub with a soft brush before washing your garment in the washing machine.
- Technique 2: Apply a mixture of 2 tablespoons of baking soda and a little water to the area, leave to dry, and then put it in the washing machine.
- Technique 3: Soak your polo shirt or T-shirt in a basin filled with ¼ white vinegar mixed with ¾ water and leave to soak for a few minutes, then wash your garment in the washing machine.
Note that these techniques are also very useful for removing stains from your riding clothes.

HOW TO GET YOUR POLO SHIRT WHITE AGAIN?
Removing a stain from a colored polo shirt is one thing, but removing a stain from a white polo shirt is another, especially in the case of sweat marks. So you're wondering how to remove these sweat marks, particularly from the collar, and whether it's possible to get your polo shirt white again?
It's not the easiest thing to do, but there are several methods you can use in addition to a stain remover designed for this purpose. Here are some of the best techniques:
- Lemon juice is useful for all types of stains. Squeeze the lemon, rub it gently on the stain, leave it to work for 45 minutes, then put the garment in the washing machine.
- Baking soda is very effective on collars. Use sparingly, sprinkling baking soda on the collar of your shirt after moistening it. Rub gently. Rinse with an equal mixture of white vinegar and water.
STEP 3: A WASH CYCLE SUITABLE FOR THE FABRIC OF YOUR CLOTHING.
As explained above, each fabric is different and requires a washing and drying program suited to its technical properties.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT PRODUCTS FOR WASHING YOUR POLOS, T-SHIRTS, AND SWEATSHIRTS
In general, we recommend using our special detergent for technical clothing, which is designed to preserve its properties. Alternatively, use a mild or organic detergent, avoiding fabric softener at all costs to preserve the product over time.
This is because the silicones present in these products eat away at the glues, damage the technical treatments and breathability, and deteriorate the membranes of the products. Over time, the materials lose their effectiveness, particularly polyester. For the first wash, we recommend adding an anti-discoloration wipe. Finally, do not use bleach or detergent.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT PROGRAM AND TEMPERATURE FOR WASHING YOUR POLO SHIRTS, T-SHIRTS, AND SWEATSHIRTS
For your cotton T-shirts, polo shirts, and sweatshirts, we recommend machine washing at up to 30°C on a cotton cycle with similar colors. For Team Shirts and Team Sweatshirts, we recommend washing these garments inside out to preserve the logo.
For garments made mainly of polyester and/or polyamide, we recommend machine washing at 30°C to keep the wash temperature low. Hand washing will help preserve your garment even more. These delicate fibers should not be put in the dryer, as the spin cycle may damage the material.
Elastane materials are washable at a maximum of 30°C and should never be put in the dryer. However, you can iron this synthetic material using the delicate setting on your iron.
Finally, avoid drying your clothes on a hanger, which could distort them, and opt instead for air drying flat or hung upside down.
