On horseback, falling is part of the sport. If this happens to you, we will repair your garment free of charge so that you can get back in the saddle.
This service is addressed to you if you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased (size, colour, material...)
Horse Pilot offers a free repair service for clothing damaged in a fall from a horse.
In addition to a boost to riders after a fall, we believe that if a 2nd life can be given to a garment, it is one less garment in the trash.
Free repair service also applies to products not covered by the 20-day return policy.
The following products are not eligible for this service: Airbag vests (but the compatible line does), rain jackets with welded seams (ex: Element, Integral, Rain Free, etc.) and all accessories.
Repair times may vary depending on service congestion or the type of repair to be performed. However, please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks between the receipt of the product by our team and its reshipment.
The shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer and your package will have to contain the mention FREE REPAIR SERVICE.
We will take care of returning your repaired product to you free of charge via our standard delivery service.
We will not be able to take in charge of possible customs charges, and thank you for returning clean products.
We reserve the freedom to refuse a repair because of too much wear and tear, irreversible damage or stains or other. However, we will do our best to offer you a replacement solution.
