Why we became a B Corp™
From day one, we have been on a mission to create high-performance technical clothing while making a positive impact on the world around us. With the B Corp™ certification, this commitment takes on a whole new dimension.
With this B Corp™ certification, our commitments are now official. It's not just a badge we pin on our locker. It is recognition from B Lab, an independent, non-profit organization, that certifies that the way we do business is more respectful of our environment, the people we work with, and society as a whole.
This certification is not an end in itself, but an important step in our commitment to moving equestrianism toward a more sustainable future.
What is B Corp™ again?
B Corp™ is much more than just a logo. B stands for Benefit for All. It is an independent international certification awarded by the B Lab organization to companies that place their social and environmental mission at the heart of their business.
Being part of the B Corp™ movement means changing our economic system and having a positive impact on all stakeholders: shareholders, employees, communities, customers, and the living world we are all part of. We have joined a network of more than 8,000 companies in over 80 countries, united by a common mission: to transform the economy so that it benefits all people and the planet.
The process is long and rigorous. To achieve this, we have successfully passed the B Impact Assessment™. This is a rigorous audit that measures our social, environmental, governance, and transparency impacts, as well as decisions aligned with our values. Our company will be re-evaluated every three years to maintain the certification. This process drives us to progress and innovate in a sustainable way.
A brief history
Founded in 2006, B Corp™ brings together companies committed to governance that is oriented towards all stakeholders (and not just shareholders). It acts through tools, standards, and policies to change the rules of the economic game. This international network is coordinated by B Lab Global and run locally by numerous partners (B Lab France, Sistema B, etc.).
