Lanaken Young Horses World Championships
From September 18 to 22, 2024, join the 29th edition of the Lanaken Young Horses World Championships at Domein Zangersheide. Over five days, the best young show-jumping horses will compete in events for 5-, 6-, and 7-year-olds.
These championships highlight the link between breeding and sport, serving as an excellent showcase for the latest breeding developments worldwide. Each year, top young horses from participating studbooks compete under uniform conditions.
The program also includes young horse competitions, the Belgian Championship from September 18 to 21, the FEI Sires of the World, and a foal auction.
At the Zangersheide quality foal auction, the world’s best foals go under the hammer. Zangersheide has set records for years, and this auction represents the pinnacle of a successful foal sale season.
The Lanaken Young Horses World Championships offer five days of elite sport, breeding, and business. Admission to this prestigious Belgian equestrian event is free.
