Horse Pilot orders can be returned free of charge within 30 days for an exchange or refund
If you are not completely satisfied with your Horse Pilot purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Special conditions during promotional sales, the customer is responsible for return costs for any purchase of products on sale.
They must be in perfect condition, unwashed and if possible in their original packaging and labeled.
The return costs and the reshipment costs will be borne by Horse Pilot for Europe area. The return costs and the reshipment costs will be borne by the client for non-Europe area.
The costs of return and reshipment of products discounted during the sales and Black Friday are charged to the consumer.
For Horse Pilot products purchased through a third party reseller, please contact the latter directly.
In addition to a boost to riders after a fall, we believe that if a 2nd life can be given to a garment, it is one less garment in the trash.
Free repair service also applies to products not covered by the 30-day return policy.
The following products are not eligible for this service:
Airbag vests (but the compatible line does), rain jackets with welded seams (ex: Element, Integral, Rain Free, etc.) and all accessories.
