Longines Deauville Classic
The event takes place at the Pôle International du Cheval Longines Deauville for its seventh edition from August 10 to 13, 2023. This international show jumping competition is one of the most important events in Normandy. Admission is free and open to the public.
This year, over 200 riders and more than 350 horses will participate in the Longines Deauville Classic. Spectators can enjoy both CSI 4* and CSI 1* competitions. Key competitions include:

Over the years, the LONGINES DEAUVILLE CLASSIC has welcomed some of the world’s top riders, including Laura Kraut, Scott Brash, Jérôme Guéry, Bertram Allen, Jos Verlooy, Kent Farrington, and Swiss Steve Guerdat, husband of Fanny Skalli, who first participated in 2020 as world number 1.
The Longines Deauville Classic is more than a competition. Visitors can enjoy an exhibitor village, displays of Norman horse breeds, and the Deauville Auction Classic, one of the region's most important horse sales. Additional entertainment includes concerts, children’s activities, pony rides, and more.
