Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can track your package.

For in-store pickup (Click & Collect), your order will be ready within 24/48 hours, subject to availability. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is available. You have 45 days to collect your order. After this period, the products will be returned to stock and no refund requests will be accepted.

Delivery costs vary depending on the weight and volume of your order and your location. They are calculated automatically when you place your order. Delivery is free for purchases over €250.00 in mainland France only.

For international deliveries, customs duties and import taxes are paid by Horse Pilot. For your information, our partners are Chronopost and DHL.
