This service is intended for you if you encounter a manufacturing defect with a product purchased less than 2 years ago. For products purchased from a retailer, we recommend contacting the store where you bought the item.
We do not cover products under warranty in the event of a fall (except for the Airbag). Our free repair service in case of a fall is available to assist you in this situation.
Please note: do not cut the inner label with your airbag’s serial number.
Horse riding is an everyday sport that requires real physical commitment, whether on foot or on horseback. Equipment is regularly put to the test.
Our garments are designed for this purpose; they are produced and tested to be durable. Despite all our care, a product may occasionally present an issue.
If this happens, we will try to repair it or, if that is not possible, offer you an exchange, refund, or replacement with an equivalent product, provided the issue occurs within a reasonable period following the purchase date.
In the event of a defect, we will cover the repair costs as well as the return shipping costs to your home via our transport service.
The following damage is not covered under warranty:
- Impact damage and scratches
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or negligence
- Cuts, stains, or holes
- Failure to follow washing instructions resulting in discoloration, shrinkage, or pilling
- Normal wear and tear of materials, or discoloration due to abnormal use of the garment
