ORDERS PLACED ON THE WWW.HORSEPILOT.COM WEBSITE CAN BE RETURNED FREE OF CHARGE* WITHIN 14 DAYS FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

This service is available if you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased (size, color, material, etc.). Special conditions for sales and Black Friday: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all purchases made during these periods.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Horse Pilot purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Customized products made to order cannot be returned or exchanged. Once the order has been confirmed, customized/made-to-order products cannot be refunded.

They must be in perfect condition, unwashed, in their original packaging, and labeled.

To return an item for exchange or refund, please fill out the form below. You will then have 5 days to drop off or send your package.

* An order can only be returned or exchanged free of charge once. If a return results from an exchange or an exchange of an exchange, then this return will be at the customer's expense.

Return/exchange costs
Horse Pilot covers these costs for mainland France and the United States. An order can only be returned or exchanged free of charge once. If a return is the result of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For other areas outside mainland France and the United States, the customer is responsible for these costs.

Return/exchange labels are managed by Horse Pilot. To request one, please fill out the form available via the link above. For the United States, returns/exchanges should be sent to the following address:

If your request concerns a pack, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. If you decide to request a refund for only one of the items in the pack, the pack will be broken up and the associated discount will be removed. The products will then revert to their original sale price and the refund will be calculated accordingly.

For Horse Pilot products purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer directly.


The garment must be clean and folded in its original packaging with the label attached as received. Any product returned stained, dirty, creased, deformed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you in its current condition, at your expense. Horse Pilot reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund the product in the event of a breach of any of the above conditions, in accordance with its terms and conditions of sale.
