JUAN MATUTE GUIMÓN, A SPANISH DRESSAGE RISING STAR, TALENT AND AMBITION AS A LEGACY

Juan started riding at the age of 6 in Spain. In 2008 he moved to join his father in Wellington, Florida where he works as a coach. At the age of 16, he started competing in Dressage at the highest level. Juan is now a renowned dressage rider.

    WHY THIS RIDER?

Juan Matute Guimón is a rising star of international Dressage. Son of the triple Olympic champion Juan Matute Senior, the Spanish rider is promised to a brilliant future in which we have the pleasure to stand by him. Ambitious and invested, Juan has shown us his determination by taking part in the Transhumance, an unprecedented adventure far from his international rider’s habits. But it is first and foremost his humanity and his personality that has inspired us. Juan is someone who is straight, invested and generous. He has an energy and a willpower that radiate on every person who has the chance to stand alongside him.

    WHY HORSE PILOT?

It’s a sporty and stylish brand with pretty cool rider focused designs.

    JUAN'S FAVORITE

The Fahrenheit coat during winter and the Tempest for pretty much all year seasons.

    ANY RITUAL?

Stay cool and bring out the warrior inside of you!

A FACT LINKED TO HORSE PILOT

An anecdote linked to HorsePilot would be the first time that I ran into the brand’s shop at the Rotterdam European Championships of 2019. I was completely amazed by the colors and design of the products. There, I met Laura and Pauline, two beautiful girls with a strong French accent. Who would have told me there and then what an amazing trip was in the near horizon to the Pyrenees in the Transhumance of the Merens?
