Our clothes are designed for that, they are produced and tested to resist.
Despite of all our attention, it can happen that a product presents a problem.
If this happens to you, we will try to repair it or, failing that, offer you an exchange, refund or replacement with an equivalent product, provided that this incident occurs within a reasonable period of time after the date of purchase.

The following damages are not covered by the warranty:
Impact damage and scratches.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
Failure to follow washing instructions causing discoloration/shrinkage/pitting.
Normal wear and tear of materials, discoloration due to abnormal use of the garment.
A Horse Pilot repair service is available for a fee.
