Why this rider?

Laura Kraut has been a major figure in high-level equestrian sports for decades, with multiple rankings at the Olympic Games and championships. But beyond the rider, she is a true horsewoman and an incredible competitor, with strong values, both as an athlete and as a person.

She is a beautiful example of resilience and dedication, for the sport, her horses and their training which she places at the heart of her system. Laura Kraut is convinced that it is above all the training and progression, both of her horses and in her riding, that are her daily guiding principle, an example to follow at all levels, from amateur riders to 5*.

As an athlete, Laura Kraut ensures she has the right equipment and knows how much it matters to perform at a high level. For what she is as a rider and as a woman, we are very proud to be able to support her and find in her the inspiration to create the future of equestrian clothing.

Why Horse Pilot?

"I'm impressed by the outdoor range and the jackets I see worn by other riders, so I wanted to see them for myself and one day I stopped by to look at the collection at a competition stand. I was won over by what I discovered and since then I've been a brand ambassador!"

Favorite piece

"I've just started wearing Horse Pilot products but I must say the clothing is beautiful! I have a real favorite for the Monica competition shirt, which was inspired and co-designed by the incredible Monica Ward, a must have."

A ritual?

"I don't really have a ritual. I've never been a very superstitious person."

A mantra?

"A rider must be passionate about training their horses. Big wins are not that frequent, so the motivation must come from the relationship with your horses."
